Clean Up Deposit: Clean up fee is due 2 weeks prior to event. Upon completion of each event, if the rented facility is cleaned to approval of grounds manager, the clean up fee will be refunded. 

No Alcohol Permitted.

ALCOHOL REQUIREMENTS: 

• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMITTED ON 4-H GROUNDS

• Alcohol with PRE APPROVAL (60 days prior to event), signed contract & fee permitted in PRE-APPROVED
