North & South Halls:
Both North and South are a 60' X 200’ enclosed post frame building located next to the Witham Health Services Pavilion.
Would be great for a livestock barn or overflow for a trade show.
Max Capacity: 600 people (Based on set up)

Daily Rate: $800.00
Rental Notice:
Daily Rate is for each building (North OR South). If you are interested in renting both please contact us.
FOOD SERVICE:
If paid Caterer, Lessee must follow all Boone Co regulations, please contact the Boone Co Health Dept. at 765-483-4458 for further questions.
MUST obtain, at least 10 days in advance of event, a permit from the Boone Co Health Dept. at 765-483-4458.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMITTED ON 4-H GROUNDS
Alcohol with PRE APPROVAL (60 days prior to event), signed contract & fee permitted in PRE-APPROVED
