Clean Up Deposit: Clean up fee is due 2 weeks prior to event. Upon completion of each event, if the rented facility is cleaned to approval of grounds manager, the clean up fee will be refunded.

This 60’ X 210’ barn located next to the North Salem State Bank Swine Barn for additional animal housing.
This building is unavailable as it is also used for winter storage November 1st to April 1st .
Rate:
Daily Rate: $300.00
Up to 180 pens and 1 ring/block for an additional $400.00
ALCOHOL REQUIREMENTS:
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMITTED ON 4-H GROUNDS
Alcohol with PRE APPROVAL (60 days prior to event), signed contract & fee permitted in PRE-APPROVED
SMOKING LOCATIONS:
MUST OBSERVE DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS
