Is an 1800 square foot room with a kitchenette equipped with range, refrigerator and sink.
The room has 20 tables and 80 chairs for you use.
Max Capacity: 70 people (Based on set up)
Rates:
Rate for Up to 6 hours: $100.00
Daily Rate (8 am -11 pm): $150.00
FOOD SERVICE:
If paid Caterer, Lessee must follow all Boone Co regulations, please contact the Boone Co Health Dept. at 765-483-4458 for further questions.
MUST obtain, at least 10 days in advance of event, a permit from the Boone Co Health Dept. at 765-483-4458.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMITTED ON 4-H GROUNDS
Alcohol with PRE APPROVAL (60 days prior to event), signed contract & fee permitted in PRE-APPROVED
SMOKING LOCATIONS:
MUST OBSERVE DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS
